Now known as « Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of France », the La Baule show has one more time given its best to make this 2018 edition exceptional.
This year, the mythical arena of the François André stadium has been totally renovated by the city of La Baule. This renovation will offer an optimal comfort to the best horses in the world.
Novelties at the exhibitors’ village
The spectators will find their hearts’ desire in the exhibitors’ village of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of France. This time again, a space will be dedicated to food and beverage, and, newness, a village inspired by La Baule spirit will welcome the commercial partners of the show.
A new program
This year, the Longines Grand Prix of the city of La Baule will be held on Friday 18th May at 2.00 pm. 50 Pairs will try to write their name on the record. The Nations Cup will conclude the CSIO5* in the best possible way on Sunday 20th May. The first leg will start at 1.00pm and the second at 2.30pm. Eight nations will be on the start list: France (winner in La Baule in 2017), Germany, Brazil, Canada, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands and Switzerland. The Derby of the region des Pays de La Loire will be held as usual on Saturday 19th May, at 12.00 noon.
The presence of Miss Universe
Two years ago, as she was Miss France 2016, Iris Mittenaere expressed her immense pleasure to attend the International Jumping of La Baule. A few months later, she was sacred Miss Universe. Iris Mittenaere will be back in the François André stadium on Saturday, the day of the Derby of the region des Pays de La Loire.
She will become an honorary member of the La Baule Derbies on the occasion.

According to Meteo France, the show will held under beautiful weather conditions.
Even if a few clouds might appear, nothing will spoil the pleasure of the 40 000 expected spectators of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup of France.
